About Us

These terms apply to all orders placed with Diced Scotland Ltd (company number SC661708), trading as Diced Meal Prep, 16 Southfield Place, Edinburgh EH15 1LZ. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Ordering

Orders can be placed via our website at dicedmealprep.co.uk. Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email. Orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us.

Order Cutoff Times

Orders for Wednesday delivery must be placed by Sunday 11:00pm. Orders for Sunday delivery must be placed by Thursday 11:00pm. Orders placed after the cutoff will be moved to the next available delivery date.

Pricing

All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price you pay is the price displayed at the time of ordering.

Delivery

We deliver to Edinburgh, Glasgow and nationwide (via DPD). Delivery is available on Wednesdays and Sundays. Local delivery zones (Edinburgh and Glasgow) receive meals in chilled bags. National orders are shipped in insulated boxes. We cannot guarantee specific delivery times.

A Scottish Government bag charge of £0.10 per bag applies to local deliveries. This is a legal requirement.

Collection

Collection is available free of charge from our Edinburgh location. You will receive details of the collection point upon ordering. Collection is available on delivery days during the specified collection window.

Allergens

Our meals are prepared in a kitchen that handles all 14 major allergens including gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, and sesame. While we take care to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any meal is completely free from any allergen. Full allergen information is available on each product page. If you have a severe allergy, please contact us before ordering.

Refunds and Cancellations

You may cancel or amend your order up to the cutoff time for your chosen delivery date. After the cutoff, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded as preparation will have begun. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours with photographic evidence and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Subscriptions

Subscription orders renew automatically each week. You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time before the weekly cutoff via your account. Cancellations after the cutoff will take effect from the following week.

Discount Codes

Discount codes are single-use unless otherwise stated. They cannot be combined with other offers and have no cash value. We reserve the right to withdraw or modify promotional offers at any time.

Liability

Our liability to you is limited to the value of your order. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Scottish law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
